Friends poem Someone to laugh with, even to let go of tears Aperson who was with you all through the years. Someone to comfort you from days that are cold A shoulder to lean on, a gentle hand to hold. An arm that will reach, to catch when you slip or fall Ears that will listen to every prblem and all. A person with wo you can giggle or scream Someone to share all your secrets and dreams. A person to hug when your excited or sad To be there with you in the best times or bad. Somone with who you just can not pretend These are some jobs of a great best friend.

Its what we all have. Its what we are given. One chance. Lose it, and its gone. Throw it away, and you'll never get it back. Theres so many things that you can make of yourself in your life. Everyone makes mistakes. We all know that no one is perfect. Mistakes is what you build on. You may think that your life is all a mistake, that you wished you werent even born. But really, its just a phase your going through where its one of those tough times, that you'll eventually overcome once in a while. For every bad thing, a good thing happens.for every happy thing, a sad thing occures. Life is way too short for anyone to give up on. Try new things everyday, laugh, love, and fulfill what you want to do in your life. Work hard to make your dreams come true. Even when you leave before you get to achieve what you wanted to, at least yooh tried, and hopefully you had a good experience working to get there. Thinking about suicide is the wrong way to go too. If you kill yourself, then what good is the life you were given? Its like your recieving a gift from God, but instead of taking it in and making the best out of it, you give up and throw it all away. You'll not only hurt yourself, but other people who care about you. Now you may feel like no one cares about you and they won't care if your gone, but some onedoes. Even if it's just one person, that person cares about you and can even go through the pain of your loss. If you keep saying that everything always goes the wrong way for you, then it actually will go poorly for you. instead, put on a smile and do something that will get your heartpumping, so that you wont feel so depressed about your life. If somethings wrong, then fix it.live your life to the fullest. Life is too short for anyone to just waste.

I think an issue we have in our community is that some people are still racist. Many people judge eachother by there ethnicity and/or by the color of their skin. Just like many other non-racist people, I think racism is wrong, for many reasons. I dont really understand why people can be sojudging, juss by the persons skin color. I mean, if you get to the know the person, then you might find out that they have a lot in common with you. Most people are being racist to mainly black/afriacan american people. I dont know how people can hate them so much, when they are people just like us.We eat, sleep, talk, work, have families, and have dreams all the same.yet, people look at them with different eyes, just because their background, because havent reached out and actually talked to them instead of criticizing them because of where they come from. When it all comes down, all that matters is whats on the inside, not the outside. I have african american peers at my school, and have no problem with them at all. in fact, I really like them and they make me laugha lot. I even have this great best friend, and shes african american.We have sooo much in common, and we love hanging out together. Im asian and my background is japanese, but I have lots of friends with all sorts of ethnicities, and i love them all.
